Specialized in the harvest, production and sales of wild mushrooms and berries from European woodlands, ASIAGO
FOOD operates and manages the harvest sites directly in order to guarantee safe and reliable food products. All raw materials are carefully selected and IQF frozen just a few hours after harvest to best preserve quality and freshness. All production and packaging cycles are carried out according to current food safety standards using the most advanced technology available in the frozen food industry.
A PASSION FOR WOODLAND MUSHROOMS
ASIAGO FOOD has been operating in the market of woodland mushrooms for more
than 20 years, offering all-natural, premium and quality controlled food products for both
retail and foodservice. The family run company started the business in their hometown
of Asiago (Province of Vicenza) in the mountains of the Veneto region of northern Italy. In
1996 the production facility and sales offices were moved to a more strategic position
in the town of Veggiano, Province of Padova, where the present structure covers 5.000
square meters. The company also owns and manages other European production facilities where the raw material is harvested and selected. Innovative, flexible, and
attentive to consumer needs, the ASIAGO FOOD brand is synonymous with quality
products and a constantly evolving product line.
